Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Intern

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant Intern who is eager to gain practical exposure in finance, taxation, compliance, and corporate accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts using accounting software.
• Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory filings.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation for audits.
• Assist in ROC and MCA compliance documentation.
• Support payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
• Prepare financial reports and management dashboards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Perform any other finance and compliance-related assignments as directed.

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate qualified or currently undergoing Articleship/Industrial Training.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Laws.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ROC/MCA compliance.
• Understanding of financial reporting and audit procedures.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
