Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 12 to 17 Years

Salary: ₹12 LPA – ₹24 LPA

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and extensive experience in finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and handle statutory audits.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and ROC-related compliances.
• Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and internal processes.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, government authorities, and consultants.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Additional certifications in Finance or Taxation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry

• Manufacturing / Engineering / Heavy Engineering / Industrial Equipment

Compensation

Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
