Channel / Partner Manager – Resellers (Industrial / CNC)

We're hiring a Channel Partner Manager — but only for one very specific kind of person.

Yantra24x7 helps Indian SME manufacturers digitize their shop floors — turning CNC machines and engineering shops into connected, data-driven operations. We're now building a reseller network across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, expanding to the rest of South India and beyond.

To do that, we need someone who has already spent a career inside the industrial distribution channel — not someone who will learn it on the job.

What you'll do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard reseller/channel partners across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore
• Build, enable, and manage a productive partner network that drives Yantra's solution into CNC and engineering shops
• Open doors using relationships you already have, then expand the model into new states

Who we're looking for You've spent 10+ years in B2B industrial distribution channel management. You have personally appointed, developed, and grown dealers and distributors earlier in your career. Most importantly, you carry deep, live relationships with distributors who sell into CNC and engineering shops — ideally cutting tool distributors and/or lubricant & coolant distributors. When you call them, they pick up.

This role is NOT for you if your background is in FMCG, consumer durables, telecom, insurance, retail, real estate, pharma, or any non-industrial channel. We're not looking for general channel-sales experience — we're looking for someone who already lives inside the CNC tooling ecosystem of South India.
