Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience, current CTC, and interview performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Fund Raising Manager – Corporate Finance & Investment to lead strategic capital raising initiatives for our rapidly growing EV Charging Infrastructure and Renewable Energy business. This is a leadership role requiring an experienced finance professional with a strong track record in raising debt and equity capital, developing sophisticated financial models, structuring investment transactions, and managing relationships with investors and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in corporate finance, investment strategy, project financing, financial modelling, and fundraising execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure debt, equity, and structured finance for infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Private Equity Firms, Venture Capital Funds, Family Offices, HNIs, Institutional Investors, and Strategic Investment Partners.
  • Prepare comprehensive Financial Models, Project Feasibility Studies, Business Valuation Models, Investment Memorandums, Information Memorandums, Pitch Decks, and Investor Presentations.
  • Lead financial due diligence, investment negotiations, term sheet discussions, and transaction closures.
  • Structure project financing solutions aligned with business expansion objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Project teams during fundraising and investment transactions.
  • Monitor capital markets, financing trends, government incentives, and investment opportunities relevant to renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Present investment opportunities confidently to senior management, investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure timely achievement of fundraising targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial governance.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, ICWA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Fund Raising, Infrastructure Finance, or Private Equity.
  • Mandatory expertise in Financial Modelling using advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated success in raising debt and/or equity capital for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of project finance, valuation methodologies, capital structuring, financial statement analysis, and investment appraisal techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, investors, lenders, and board-level executives.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
