Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Mumbai. The intern will learn

  • Writing books through automation,
  • Monthly books review using exception-based checks
  • MIS preparation and dashboards
  • Mastering End-to-end client handling and relationship management
  • Process automation across workflows and reporting
  • Understanding client businesses across sectors
  • Accompanying partners in promoter meetings
  • Compliance management across GST, TDS, ROC, and IT
  • Statutory filings under Companies Act and Income Tax Act
  • Form 145-146 foreign remittance and DTAA reading
  • NBFC and regulatory certifications
  • Statutory audits including bank branch audits
  • Cost optimisation
  • ERP implementation support (Tally, ERPNext)

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing concepts.
  • Candidates should possess skills in MS office, and other common office productivity tools.
  • Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
  • Must passed both groups of CA intermediate exams if want to pursue CA articleship
  • Enrollment in or completion of a commerce, accounting, or finance-related degree or professional course (e.g., CA student) is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to professional ethics is essential.
