CCaaS Integration Consultant / Developer.

We are looking for a CCaaS Integration Consultant/Developer to design, implement, and support scalable Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will build integrations between CCaaS platforms and enterprise systems to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement CCaaS capabilities, including Skill-Based Routing, ACD, IVR/Call Flows, Quality Management, WFM, and Omnichannel solutions.
• Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware/iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), and event-driven architectures.
• Build reusable APIs, data transformation services (JSON/XML), event streaming, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API Keys, and API Gateways.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and platform partners (e.g., Sprinklr, Genesys) to deliver integration solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and translate integration architecture into business value.

Required Skills

• CCaaS: IVR, ACD, Skill-Based Routing, WFM, Quality Management, Omnichannel.
• Integration: REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, API Gateways, iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic).
• Data & Messaging: JSON, XML, CSV, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus.
• Programming: Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
