Lender Management
- Present well-structured investment opportunities to lending partners, highlighting business strengths, financial metrics, and risk considerations.
- Coordinate negotiations between clients and lenders to achieve commercially viable funding structures.
- Facilitate documentation, approvals, and due diligence throughout the lending process.

- Collaborate with operations and collections teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance.
Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal information in HubSpot and internal systems.
- Ensure complete documentation, compliance, and audit readiness across every transaction.
- Resolve client and lender queries promptly while driving adoption of the platform.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance deal conversion, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Invoicing & Revenue Realization
- Work closely with Operations to manage invoicing and payment collections.
- Ensure timely realization of fees and smooth closure of commercial transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support resolution wherever required.
