  • Assess funding parameters including loan size, pricing expectations, collateral/security, repayment structure, and end-use of funds.
  • Develop long-term, trust-based relationships by adopting a "co-founder mindset" and serving as a strategic financing partner rather than a transactional advisor.

Deal Structuring & Execution

  • Own the complete deal lifecycle from qualification to successful disbursement.
  • Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational information required for credit evaluation.

  • Coordinate with internal credit, operations, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage multiple live transactions simultaneously while maintaining turnaround timelines and quality standards.

Lender Management

  • Present well-structured investment opportunities to lending partners, highlighting business strengths, financial metrics, and risk considerations.
  • Coordinate negotiations between clients and lenders to achieve commercially viable funding structures.
  • Facilitate documentation, approvals, and due diligence throughout the lending process.
  • Resolve bottlenecks proactively to ensure timely closures and an exceptional customer experience.

Portfolio Management

  • Monitor funded accounts and maintain ongoing engagement with portfolio companies.
  • Track collections and proactively monitor Early Warning Signals (EWS), Days Past Due (DPD), and portfolio health.
  • Build long-term client relationships to identify refinancing, top-up funding, and future capital requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and collections teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance.

Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal information in HubSpot and internal systems.
  • Ensure complete documentation, compliance, and audit readiness across every transaction.
  • Resolve client and lender queries promptly while driving adoption of the platform.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance deal conversion, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

Invoicing & Revenue Realization

  • Work closely with Operations to manage invoicing and payment collections.
  • Ensure timely realization of fees and smooth closure of commercial transactions.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and support resolution wherever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who combine strong financial knowledge with excellent relationship-building skills and an ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in NBFCs, banks, fintechs, or financial institutions.
  • Exposure to both client-facing and credit/deal execution environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, term sheet negotiation, or structured lending.
