Role Overview

• We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong Statutory Audit experience to independently handle audit assignments, client coordination, and team supervision.
• Candidates residing in or near Thane will be preferred for ease of travel and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Statutory Audits for companies, firms & trusts
• Planning audit scope, timelines & audit programs
• Review of financial statements and audit documentation
• Compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards & CARO
• Coordination with clients and resolution of audit queries
• Supervision and review of work done by articles & junior staff

Desired Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in Statutory Audits
• Good knowledge of Companies Act, AS / Ind AS (basic)
• Ability to handle audits independently
• Good communication and client-handling skills
