The firm is based in Ahmedabad, India, and serves clients across India, the UAE, and the wider GCC region.

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Gurukul Area)

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Ahmedabad for CA Interns, Analysts, or Inter-CAs. Interns will support senior team members in transfer pricing and international tax projects, including data collection, financial and benchmarking analysis, and preparation of reports and documentation.

Day-to-day work will involve assisting in drafting technical notes, working on India–UAE and GCC intercompany structure reviews, supporting India and UAE Transfer Pricing compliance tasks, and preparing workpapers for litigation.

The role offers hands-on exposure to partner-led advisory work, structured learning, and direct interaction with senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing CA (Articleship / Inter-CA) or a comparable finance or accounting qualification, with strong academic performance.
• Solid foundation in accounting, direct tax, and corporate law, with an interest in transfer pricing and international taxation.
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with financial statements, ratios, data analysis, and basic financial modeling in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, documentation, and client-ready presentations.
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced advisory environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to tax or TP tools and databases is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professional conduct, and willingness to learn directly from senior and partner-led teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
