CA Fresher, Operations (Central Loan Servicing)

Role & responsibilities

Business and Financial Management Monitor LMS-generated accounting entries and ensure accounting accuracy. Ensure timely completion of GL, LMS, Bank, Virtual Account and Payment Gateway reconciliations. Prepare accounting MIS, exception reports and management dashboards. Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closure activities.

Customer Focus Adhere to agreed internal TATs. Resolve stakeholder queries from Finance, Operations, Treasury and Technology teams promptly.

Process/Quality Improvement Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain SOPs and process documentation. Support audits, RCSA, KRI and regulatory reviews. Participate in LMS enhancements, UAT and accounting validation.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers preferred.

Candidates with Articleship experience in Financial Services, NBFCs, Banking, Audit, or Finance Operations will be preferred.

System-driven accounting processes.

Reconciliations and financial controls.

Internal Audit/Statutory Audit exposure.

Data analysis and reporting tools.

Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Statements.

Knowledge of Loan Accounting concepts.

Understanding of Journal Entries, General Ledger, and Reconciliations.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).

Working knowledge of ERP/LMS systems is an added advantage.
