Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA / CMA Article role based in Chennai. The role involves assisting in audits, financial consultancy, and advisory engagements and supporting audit documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing assignments, helping with filing, contributing to financial analysis and reporting, and supporting advisory and consulting assignments for clients. The Article will participate in client meetings as required, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax standards. The position offers hands-on professional training, exposure to diverse industries, and mentorship from experienced practitioners.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be pursuing or have completed the CA or CMA course as per Institute guidelines, with a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
  • Applicants should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and apply relevant standards and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to prepare reports, documentation, and interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools is expected; familiarity with accounting and tax software will be an advantage.
  • Individuals should demonstrate attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to manage time effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new tasks, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting is essential.
  • Prior internship or exposure to audit, tax, or consulting work will be considered beneficial but is not mandatory.
