Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
• Build strong client relationships and close sales.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Software Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
• Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
