Business Operations Manager

At INTTRVU.AI, we are building one of India's leading AI upskilling platforms for experienced professionals. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly driven Business Operations Manager who will own and streamline our end-to-end learner operations and lead multiple business-critical functions.

This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for someone who can build systems, improve processes, lead cross-functional teams, and scale business operations while delivering an exceptional learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete learner journey from enrollment to course completion, placement support, and alumni engagement.
• Lead and manage the Operations, Data Science Operations, and Placement teams.
• Drive seamless execution across learner onboarding, trainer management, batch operations, assignments, projects, evaluations, learner feedback, and placement assistance.
• Build scalable processes, SOPs, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Improve team productivity, optimize resource utilization, and drive operational excellence across teams.
• Coordinate closely with trainers, sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to ensure an outstanding learner experience.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of learner satisfaction, operational KPIs, learner Reviews, and overall delivery quality.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
