Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement plans to introduce our AI-powered OS to new markets in West Bengal and beyond.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, value-driven relationships with institutional clients and decision-makers.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and client challenges to provide actionable insights that improve our service delivery.
• Collaboration: Partner with our internal team to align client needs with our product development roadmap.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key growth metrics and proactively adjust strategies to ensure we meet our expansion goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in B2B business development, consulting, or strategic sales.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into clear, persuasive growth strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• A "growth mindset" and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analytics.
