Business Development & Strategy (2-5 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and key business KPIs.
• Evaluate business cases, investments, R&D initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Partner with R&D teams to assess financial viability and innovation funding models.
• Support sales planning, revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, sales performance tracking, and business growth initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, board reports, business proposals, and investor decks.
• Coordinate business meetings, document MOMs, and track action items to closure.
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects across Finance, Sales, Strategy, Business Development, and R&D.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to ensure effective planning, reporting, and execution.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and sales analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modelling, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.
• Agile, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
