Anisha's Art Academy is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students and parents.
• Guide leads to join our WhatsApp community.
• Send follow-up messages through WhatsApp.
• Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication.
• Create and post engaging content on Instagram and Facebook (basic editing skills preferred).
• Support marketing campaigns and student engagement initiatives.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
• Is confident speaking with parents and students over the phone.
• Is organized and consistent with follow-ups.
• Is comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
