About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating leads through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT services.
• Prepare customized proposals, submit bids, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales activities.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in IT services business development.
• Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to write winning proposals and convert leads into projects.
• Understanding of web development, mobile applications, and software development services.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
