Role Description The Business Development Manager – West India will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence across the region, with a primary focus on Mumbai and surrounding markets. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves identifying and developing new institutional and channel partnerships, managing relationships with schools, colleges, agents, and other stakeholders, and promoting the company’s higher education, visa, and migration services. Day-to-day activities include market research, lead generation, client meetings, presentations, and negotiation of agreements to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. The role also requires close collaboration with counseling, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to university admission and visa processing. The Business Development Manager will provide regular reporting on pipeline, performance metrics, and market trends, and represent the company at events, fairs, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close opportunities.
• Good B2B Sub Agent Network in Mumbai and maharashtra
• 3-4 of Experience in education consulting, international education, or related services such as visa, migration, or training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound analytical and planning skills, including market research, forecasting, and reporting on performance and trends in the West India region.
• Comfort with on-site client engagement in Mumbai and frequent local travel, along with a proactive, target-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and client-centric mindset aligned with the company’s ethical values.
• Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools, and familiarity with online education platforms or digital marketing is beneficial.
