Role Description The Business Development Manager – Tele Callers and Coordinators role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining financial products and services, and generating qualified leads for the business development team. The individual will coordinate follow-ups, schedule appointments, maintain updated records in CRM or internal systems, and support conversion of leads into customers. Daily tasks include achieving calling and lead-generation targets, sharing customer feedback with management, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience. The role also requires maintaining professional communication, handling basic customer queries, and participating in regular team reviews and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional telecalling and client coordination.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services, or willingness to learn quickly through training.
• Ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other office software to track leads, calls, and client interactions.
• Proven ability to meet targets, work with performance metrics, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and local languages (such as Telugu and/or Hindi) preferred for effective client communication in Hyderabad.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales coordination, or business development in financial services or related sectors is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
