We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development professional to lead our tendering and bid management efforts across highway and road infrastructure projects.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

▸ Identify and track upcoming tenders on various Portals

▸ Lead end-to-end bid preparation

▸ Liaise with consultants, government departments, and JV partners

▸ Analyse project feasibility, risks, and commercial viability before bidding

▸ Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the highway sector

▸ Coordinate with estimation, legal, and finance teams for bid submission

✅ What We're Looking For

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

▸ 5–10 years in BD / tendering for road, highway, or civil infrastructure projects

▸ Strong knowledge of NHAI, MoRTH, and state PWD tender processes

▸ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
