Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Container Shipping.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing ocean freight customers.
• Experience in handling export customers across FCL/LCL shipments.
• Prior experience with a Freight Forwarder or Container Shipping Line is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate

• Brings an active portfolio of customers and industry contacts.
• Has a strong reputation within the exporter community.
• Understands the Gujarat export market and key trade lanes.
• Capable of delivering consistent shipment volume and revenue growth.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including on-site client visits in Rajkot and remote coordination.
