Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our training sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, and building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to enroll students in our technical training programs.

The BDM will play a key role in expanding our training business by promoting courses such as Full Stack Development, Data Science, Frontend Development, Backend Development, Cyber Security, and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollments for technical training programs.
• Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutes to build partnerships and promote training programs.
• Coordinate with the trainer team to ensure smooth execution of training sessions and programs.
• Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments and training batches.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in colleges to promote technical courses.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions and placement cells.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare business reports, sales reports, and progress updates for management.
• Handle negotiations, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.

Required Skills
