About Us The Ads Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses achieve measurable growth through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings (online/offline).
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, or Sales Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in handling client calls and closing deals.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
