Business Development Manager – West & North India

Locations: Mumbai / Delhi-NCR | Reporting To: All-India Head – Sales & Marketing

Experience: Freshers to 6 Years | Industry: Building Materials / Architecture (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development across West / North India by building strong relationships with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and design firms.
Generate product awareness and project specifications through architect visits, presentations, sample demonstrations, site meetings, material library presentations, and industry events.
Identify, appoint, onboard, and support dealers, distributors, and channel partners while expanding Tipwood®'s regional market presence.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM records, customer interactions, and coordinate with Head Office on marketing campaigns, samples, events, and promotional collateral.
Represent Tipwood® as a differentiated, sustainable building material brand while delivering regional sales targets through regular market travel and customer engagement.
Ideal candidates will have a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business, or related fields, with exposure to building materials, construction products, or architecture sales being an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; self-driven, customer-focused, field-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Fluency in English & Hindi is essential; Marathi (West) and other regional languages are an added advantage.
