Business Development Intern

Role Description This Sales Intern role is an on-site internship position located in Kakinada. The intern will support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and basic sales presentations. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and updating CRM or tracking systems. The intern will participate in training sessions, shadow sales representatives, and help coordinate meetings or product demonstrations. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales processes, customer engagement, and basic sales management practices while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support customers, and maintain positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, with interest in prospecting, presenting, and closing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Training and learning agility, with the ability to absorb sales techniques and apply feedback.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales Management-related skills, such as organizing sales data and supporting follow-up activities.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proficiency with office software tools, and the ability to work on-site in Kakinada.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Final-year or fresh MBA/BBA Marketing students are eligible to apply.

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (subject to the terms and conditions discussed during the interview process).

A pre-placement offer will be made upon successful completion of the internship.
