About the Role

CFound is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to generate clients and promote our professional training programs. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to build your career while earning based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new clients through online and offline channels.
• Promote CFound's courses in:
• Web Development
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML)
• Game Design & Development
• Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Counsel prospective students and parents about course benefits, career opportunities and enrollment.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads until the enrollment process is completed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions and referral partners.
• Meet monthly enrollment and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

Eligibility

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates in sales, business development, education counseling or client acquisition are preferred.
• Any graduate or final-year student can apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in speaking with students, parents and professionals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of Web Development, AI/ML or Game Design is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹58,196.84 per month
