The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive the growth of ZEA360™ and our ERP implementation services. You'll own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to proposals and closures — across domestic and international markets.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify B2B leads for ZEA360™ ERP/HRMS through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, campaigns, and field visits
• Run discovery calls to understand client processes across HRMS, Finance, Operations, Fleet, and Logistics
• Deliver product demos and presentations to founders, CXOs, HR heads, and finance leaders
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercials, and close deals
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate CRM hygiene
• Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding
• Represent ZEA360™ at trade shows, business forums, and partner events
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or IT
• 1–4 years of B2B software / ERP / HRMS / SaaS sales experience
• Working knowledge of business processes in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or Operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil, Malayalam (Hindi a plus)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident with senior decision-makers
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

Bonus points for: prior experience selling NetSuite, Zoho, SAP, Tally, Keka, GreytHR or similar platforms, or exposure to UAE/Singapore markets.
