Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through individual performance. This includes actively following up on fresh leads, converting them into customers, maximising renewals, and upselling existing clients to higher-value plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients for business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
