Wisecor Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to source Unsecured Business Loans on behalf of Bank as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA). This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals looking to build a rewarding career in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for unsecured business loan products.
• Acquire new SME, MSME, and corporate clients.
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and bank officials for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Loan Portfolio

• Unsecured Business Loans ranging from ₹1 Crore to ₹5 Crores.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
• Good understanding of business loans and financial products.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in Business Loans, BFSI Sales, Banking Sales, DSA Sales, or Financial Services.
• Prior experience in unsecured business loan sales will be preferred.
