Responsibility

Identify and generate leads (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

Pitch company products/services to potential clients

Maintain client relationships & follow-ups

Support sales team in closing deals

Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheets

Research new business opportunities

Skills Preferred

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Confidence in speaking (calls/meetings)

Basic understanding of sales process

Negotiation & relationship-building

Target-oriented mindset

Resilience (handling rejection)

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream -

Business, Commerce, Management or related fields preferred)

Strong interest in Business operations, Sales, or EdTech industry

Available for a full-time/internship role(on-site or as required)

Excellent communication skills in English (local language is a plus)

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

During Internship: ₹18,000 (Fixed Stipend per month)

Post Internship (Full-Time Offer):₹3.6 LPA (Fixed) ₹2.4 LPA (Variable)

Additional Benefit

A confirmation certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the probation/internship period.
