Business Development Executive - FMCG Industry

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
