Business Development Executive (Corporate & Social Events)

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and client meetings. Acquire new corporate clients for conferences, dealer meets, product launches, exhibitions, employee engagement programs, and other corporate events. Generate and convert leads for social events including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, and private celebrations. Present the company's profile, portfolio, and credentials to prospective clients. Build strong relationships with marketing teams, HR departments, procurement teams, event decision-makers, and business owners. Schedule client meetings and make professional presentations. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations. Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed business. Maintain an updated client database and CRM records. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality. Ability to develop new business independently. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media for lead generation will be an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
