Business Development Executive – Clinical Research

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for partial work from home.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities with CROs, sponsors, and clinical research organizations

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the clinical trial ecosystem

✅ Present AQNIX Global's services, including pre-feasibility support and investigator network access

✅ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals

✅ Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities in clinical research

✅ Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs

✅ Represent AQNIX Global at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.

Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field

🔹 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the clinical research/CRO/pharma industry

🔹 Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP/ICH-GCP guidelines, and the CRO/sponsor landscape

🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

🔹 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

🔹 Willingness to travel as needed
