Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

INCETRIX SECURITY SOLUTIONS is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to support our growth by generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and strengthening our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospects for service discussions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM or tracking tools.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential customers.

Digital Marketing

• Manage the company's LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content related to cybersecurity services and industry trends.
• Support website updates and basic SEO activities.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Assist in branding initiatives, webinars, workshops, and promotional events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity services is an advantage (training will be provided).
