Role Overview

We are looking for data-driven, sharp, and ambitious Business Development Consultants to join our expanding team of 10. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical understanding and business growth. You will leverage your technical background (B.Tech) and strategic business acumen (MBA) to consult with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and pitch our educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Connect with prospects, understand their educational or career pain points, and recommend the right programs.

Lead Execution: Manage, nurture, and convert high-intent inbound and outbound leads through strategic follow-ups.

Revenue Generation: Own and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Market Insight: Use your industry knowledge to explain complex technical curriculum tracks simply to students and professionals.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Education: Must hold both a B.Tech and an MBA degree.

Experience: Exactly 6 months to 1 year of proven sales/business development experience within the Ed-Tech industry. (Applications without Ed-Tech experience will not be considered).

Skills: Exceptional communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills. You should thrive under target-driven pressures.
