Business Development Associate-Modular Kitchen

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and present customized solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Sales Expertise: Strong background in retail or B2C,B2B sales, preferably in home interiors, modular kitchens, or wardrobes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with persuasive presentation abilities.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value.
• Tech skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior design.
