Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth for the company's ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.

Identify and qualify prospective clients and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions.

Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, SAP, CRM, Tally, Cloud, and Software solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure to client onboarding.

Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and agreements.

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and repeat business.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

Coordinate with the Implementation, Support, Accounts, and Operations teams for seamless project execution.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/Bitrix.

Handle client queries and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
