📢 We're Hiring | Business Development Associate – Academic Publishing (Remote)

AcadNexis Lab is expanding, and we're looking for a Business Development Associate to help us connect with universities, academic journals, publishers, and research institutions across India and internationally.

We're seeking someone with prior experience in lead generation and preferably a good understanding of academic publishing, Crossref DOI, ISSN, OJS, scholarly publishing, or related services.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Research universities, academic journals, publishers, and research institutions

✔ Generate 20–30 qualified leads per working day (approximately 450–600 qualified leads per month)

✔ Identify key decision-makers such as Editors-in-Chief, Managing Editors, Research Directors, Publishers, and Journal Administrators

✔ Verify contact details and maintain an accurate lead database

✔ Support outreach through Email and LinkedIn

✔ Work closely with the Founder on business development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Academic Publishing, Journal Services, Educational Sales, or B2B Lead Generation
• Familiarity with Crossref DOI, ISSN, OJS, Metadata Management, or Scholarly Publishing will be an added advantage.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.

Compensation

💼 Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)

💰 ₹10,000–₹12,000/month (In-hand) (based on experience and performance)
