Location: Onsite – Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Eligibility

• MBA students or recent MBA graduates
• B.Tech students or recent B.Tech graduates
• Only Kanpur-based candidates are eligible to apply

Internship Details

• 1st Month: Unpaid (Training & Learning Period)
• From 2nd Month: Performance-based stipend
• High-performing interns may receive a full-time job offer

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market research
• Cold calling and email outreach
• Client follow-ups and meeting scheduling
• CRM management and sales reporting
• Supporting business growth initiatives

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
