Were looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team of our global IT team and help drive meaningful transformation across our business. Youll play a hands-on role in replacing legacy systems, delivering scalable cloud-first solutions, and exploring how automation and AI can improve the way we work.

What Youll Do
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
Facilitation & Engagement
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment.
Agile Delivery & Documentation
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and maintain a backlog of user stories.
Support solution evaluation, testing activities, and risk management.
Process Improvement
Model business processes using BPMN and identify improvement opportunities.
What Youll Bring
Must haves
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT change or software delivery projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to manage workload independently and work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in BPMN process mapping and business requirements elicitation.
Nice to haves
Experience within supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution environments.
Knowledge of JIRA Software and Confluence.
Recognised business analysis qualification (IIBA/BCS).
Location
This role is remote-first, with occasional travel to Janet Nash House in Durham and other CEF locations to meet business need.
