Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights

Conduct market research to support strategic planning initiatives

Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements and project deliverables

What We're Looking For

Domain Skills

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes

Experience with tools like SAP SCM, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.

Data & Technical Skills

Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Python/R (preferred but optional)

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

Business Analysis Skills

Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
