Branding & Social Media Freelancer (Project Based)

At House of Rasa, we aim to create thoughtfully curated events and experiences - from intimate celebrations to community gatherings. We believe every event should feel personal, immersive and beautifully designed, with stories and emotions at its heart.

As we build the brand, we’re looking for a Social Media & Branding Freelancer to help bring a new brand to life.

If you love building brands from the ground up, obsess over the little details, have a great eye for aesthetics, and enjoy creating content that feels thoughtful (not just trendy), we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Bhubaneswar (Hybrid – you’ll need to be on-site for shoots and brainstorming sessions)

Duration: Immediate to end of August

Compensation: ₹5,000 (Project-based)

What you’ll be working on

• Putting together a simple brand guidelines document (logo usage, colours, fonts, tone of voice, collateral templates etc. - our logo is already designed)
• Planning and managing Instagram content
• Editing reels and social media content
• Designing an 8–10 page brand brochure (this will be a collaborative process)
• Creating a client-facing portfolio/pitch deck

We’re looking for someone with experience in branding, content editing and social media, who has:

• A strong aesthetic sense
• Excellent attention to detail
• Creative thinking beyond the usual corporate templates
• The ability to take feedback and collaborate closely

Since this is a new business, I’ll be heavily involved throughout the process. Expect lots of brainstorming, iterations and conversations - we’re building something from scratch together. If it’s a good fit on both sides, there’s an opportunity to continue with us for monthly social media management beyond this project.
