Brand Strategist (BFSI & Content - Led Marketing)

We're looking for a Brand Strategist who can lead idea formation and strategic thinking for BFSI and personal finance brands. This role focuses on shaping what we say, why we say it, and how it comes alive across content, campaigns, and long-term IPs. You'll work closely with the founder and creative teams to translate complex financial products, market context, and investor behaviour into clear, compelling strategies that work within BFSI realities.

Responsibilities

• Drive idea formation and strategic direction for content, campaigns, and IPs.
• Build content and brand strategies for mutual funds, fintech brands, NFOs, and investor education platforms.
• Define messaging frameworks, tonality, and narrative arcs.
• Collaborate with copy, design, video, and social teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure concepts balance creativity, clarity, and compliance.
• Support pitches and proposals with strong strategic thinking.
• Stay updated on markets, investor behaviour, and content trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or planning.
• Exposure to BFSI, fintech, or regulated categories.
• Strong ability to simplify complex financial ideas.
• Good understanding of digital-first content formats.
• Clear communicator who thinks ideas-first, not format-first.
