We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused

Brand Growth Manager

to build the market presence of

Iconflux

and our Enterprise AI platform. This role goes beyond digital marketing—it involves building our brand, strengthening founder visibility, creating compelling content, engaging enterprise customers, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the company and founder brands across digital platforms.
• Manage the company website, landing pages, and marketing content.
• Plan and execute social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with SEO, design, and external marketing agencies.
• Create case studies, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Organize webinars, customer events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work closely with founders to build industry authority and brand visibility.
• Support enterprise lead generation and marketing campaigns.
• Track marketing performance and continuously improve engagement.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing websites, social media, and content marketing.
• Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong ownership, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Experience in IT, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Technology companies.
• Experience in webinar management, founder branding, or event marketing.
• Experience creating case studies, customer success stories, and business presentations.
