Brand Executive

JOB TITLE: Executive - Brand

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Brand & Marketing

REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager – Brand & Marketing

POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Brand Executive who can keep ideas moving, teams aligned, and the brand experience consistent across every touchpoint.

Role will require coordination within

a. Vertical | Brand Team - Brand Team, Social Media Team, Regional Marketing Lead.

b. Company | Product Team - Coordinate with Product Departments and other media teams

c. Company | Legal, & Commercial - for smooth functioning of all the projects running in the Brand Team

d. External | Partners & Collaborators - as per need

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in executing and tracking brand campaigns, events and collaborations.

•Coordinate with internal teams, other departments and external partners to ensure seamless workflow

•Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

•Support vendor coordination, production requirements, and campaign logistics when needed

•Support day-to-day brand management and execution across campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives

•Work closely with creative teams to ensure all brand assets timely aligned

Years of Experience

0-1 Yrs. Exp. in the area of Brand and Marketing

Work in established Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle Brands will be a key advantage

Bachelor/Master/Doctorate

Masters in Business Administration

•Strong communication and coordination skills

•Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail

•Analytical mindset skilled in using excel for data planning, performance tracking, and actionable insights

•A data driven mindset.

•A proactive mindset with problem-solving ability

•Understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer engagement

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

•Strong organizational and follow-up skills

•Familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
