Brand & Content Strategist

who believes that every piece of content should have a purpose, every campaign should solve a problem, and every brand should have a story worth remembering.

We work across multiple ventures, many of which start from scratch. There are no fixed playbooks here. You'll be part of creating brands, shaping their voice, understanding their audience, and deciding how they grow.

What You'll Do

• Develop brand and content strategies for multiple projects.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Plan content that aligns with business goals and audience interests.
• Identify trends and opportunities but use them thoughtfully, not just because they're popular.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Analyze performance, learn from data, and continuously improve strategies.
• Contribute ideas that help build brands, not just fill a content calendar.

Who We're Looking For

• A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and audience psychology.
• Someone who enjoys building things from the ground up.
• A curious, proactive individual who takes ownership and brings ideas to the table.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in content strategy, brand strategy, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
