Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Backend NodeJS Developer with 4+ years of professional experience. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. The developer will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to integrate AI models and features into production systems.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, optimizing database and server-side performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, with deep experience in Node.js and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Candidates should possess solid JavaScript skills, including modern ES6+ features and best practices for asynchronous programming and error handling.Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development concepts and Redux.js to effectively integrate and support frontend applications and data flows.Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), API security, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization in distributed systems.Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with AI/ML products, microservices architecture, or high-scale systems is an advantage. .
