Conduct backend coding interviews on a structured, bias-free platform

Evaluate coding skills, system-design thinking, and problem-solving

Write clear, objective feedback on each candidate What we're looking for

5+ years of professional backend coding experience (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#) strict requirement

Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, API & system design

Excellent English communication, written and verbal

Reliable webcam, mic, and stable internet

Prior interviewing experience is a plus The details

100% remote work from anywhere

Flexible hours minimum 40 hrs/week
