About the Role

Zenqua Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Backend Engineer Interns / Freshers who are eager to build scalable backend systems and learn modern development technologies. You will work closely with experienced developers and gain exposure to industry practices while contributing to live projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications using Python
• Build and integrate REST APIs
• Work with databases and perform CRUD operations
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debug and resolve issues in applications
• Collaborate with team members during development and testing
• Learn and follow coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Python programming
• Understanding of OOP concepts
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Basic understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub is a plus
• Understanding of data structures and problem-solving concepts
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Flask, Django, or FastAPI
• Basic understanding of JSON and API integration
