Role Description This part-time Backend Development Trainer (Temporary Position) role is an on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The trainer will design and deliver backend development training sessions, ensuring that learners understand core concepts, frameworks, and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves updating curriculum content to reflect industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to align training outcomes with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Training & Development and Training skills, with experience delivering technical or backend development programs.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Background or familiarity with Human Resources (HR) processes related to learning, performance evaluation, or talent development.
• Curriculum Development experience, including designing structured learning pathways and creating training materials or resources.
• Hands-on experience in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, databases, APIs) and understanding of software development methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate in-person sessions in Thiruvananthapuram and manage classroom dynamics professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a technical education or corporate training environment is an advantage.
